TERMS & CONDITION
You are entering into a binding agreement by approving these
terms & conditions and confirming your order. When MANI has
received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail
confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the
event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving
the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the
terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give
you the opportunity to cancel the order.
DELIVERY
All goods are delivered from MANI store in Malmö, Sweden.
- Orders to Sweden, Norway and Denmark will be sent by Swedish
postal service, Posten.
- Orders to other countries will be delivered by Fedex.
- Orders can also be collected from MANI store, Kärleksgatan
(Davidshall) in Malmö, Sweden.
POSTEN (DELIVERY TO SWEDEN, DENMARK &
NORWAY)
Deliveries to Sweden, Norway and Denmark are sent by Posten and
are insured. Notification is sent via e-mail and SMS. Packages can
be tracked via www.posten.com with the help of the notification
number once the package has left MANI. Valid identification shall
be shown when collecting the package. The package can be collected
from your local postal service point.
FEDEX (DELIVERIES TO ALL OTHER COUNTRIES)
FedEx orders are fully insured by FedEx. FedEx do not deliver to
post-office boxes. A physical street address and signature upon
delivery are required. When your order leaves MANI you will receive
a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order
on.
PICK UP IN MANI STORE (ORDERS FROM SWEDEN &
DENMARK)
If you have selected "Pick Up MANI shop" when doing your
purchase, the order will be ready for pick up from MANI store in
Malmö on the following weekday. Please bring your order number.
DELIVERY SCHEME:
Goods will be dispatched on regular working days. If we are
unable to deliver the ordered goods within the confirmed days, you
will have the right to cancel the order. Payment will be refunded
as soon possible but latest within 20 days. .
PAYMENT
You can pay securely using VISA or MasterCard credit/debit
cards. MANI payments are handled by DIBS.
When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its
period of validity and the CVC code. All information is encrypted
using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card
details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has
been carried out.
RETURNS
Please contact us info@shopmani.net as soon as
possible if you wish to return or exchange a product. Our returns
guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within
14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the
package and check the contents but the product must be return
unused. MANI tag and price label and original packaging shall be
returned with the item. Please note that you are responsible for
the product until it reaches us. Send the package with the dispatch
number so that it can be traced. All return shipping costs are to
be paid by the customer. Products may only be exchanged for other
products available for sale via shopmani.net.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT - DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Vintage clothing does show small signs of wear, and some pieces
display noticeable wear. MANI products are ranked Great,
Good and Fair according to the clothing conditions. In the
event that an item is damaged in any way MANI will make a note of
it under the item page. Refunds will only be given in the event
that your item arrives in a condition grossly different than
presented.
MANI thoroughly inspects every item before delivery. If the
product is damaged during delivery or do not correspond with how
the product was presented on shopmani.net, please contact us info@shopmani.net as soon as
you discover the damage or error. Based on what will be agreed
between us either a new product along with compensation
return-shipping costs will be sent to you, or we will refund you
for the product and the return-shipping costs.
